Origin of grapes
Love and grapes must not be bought. Ours comes exclusively from our Modran vineyards, which we manage ourselves.
Where it is produced
Our winemakers are based and create in Modra. They thus support the local economy and the region from which their Slovak wine comes.
How do we take care of quality?
Cultivation quality
As we treat the vineyard, so the vineyard treats us. We are gentle on our own and are gradually moving to organic management without the use of herbicides. We control the yield from the vineyards so that the grapes can ripen in full quality.
Production quality
Controlled production is the seed of a quality product. We approach the vineyard, grapes, must and wine as gently as possible. The strict cleanliness of the entire production ensures a healthy final product.
Evaluation
Defects, diseases, disharmonic semi-product? We won't pour you any of that. After all, there must be an ending at the end.
