Welcome to the event Winemakers in chotári™

We would like to create space for mutual understanding and alignment of expectations. The visitor regulations will help us create a space where visitors, marketers, operators on the square, passers-by and residents of houses on the square can function peacefully during the event Winemakers in the farm ™ (hereinafter referred to as „Podujatie“).

Visitors to the Event have the obligation to respect the Visitor Regulations, regulations of the Organizer, local and state administration bodies and current government measures, especially with regard to measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The organizer and his authorized employees have the right to prohibit access to anyone and expel from the market premises anyone who violates these rules of the Visitor Regulations. By entering the markets area, visitors confirm that they have familiarized themselves with this Visitor's Regulations and that they understand its content and the instructions stated therein and undertake to respect and comply with it.

The event is monitored by a camera area Pod Gaštankou with recording, and entrances can be equipped with attendance counting.

Wine from Modry™ - Local partner

The organizer of the Event is the association of winemakers and winegrowers in Modra – civic association Vino z Modry™ (hereinafter referred to as „Organizer“). Our goal is to raise the wine from the Modran wine-growing district so that you can enjoy it in the best quality.

Entrance fee to the event

The entrance fee to the event is published on the www.vinozmodry.sk website as well as on a separate entrance to the event and may vary for on-site and online purchases and may vary depending on the time of purchase when shopping online.

One of the types of entrance fees for the event includes tasting of selected wines by individual winemakers. The price of the tasting is published at the sales point of the mini tasting, which is organized by the civic association Združenie Víno z Modry™.

The price of the tasting includes a glass that can be returned undamaged and empty until the time indicated at the point of sale in the amount of the deposit that is currently indicated at the point of sale.

The selection of wines, the sample size and the number of offered samples of customers in the mini-tasting are subject to the decision of individual winemakers.

General rules

Not allowed at the Event:

• negotiations that are in conflict with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic and with the principles of good morals.

• soliciting money, other contributions or donations, carrying out any business, organizational, promotional or other business activity without the prior written consent of the organizer, the

• disturbing public order, e.g. loud and disturbing expressions, use of physical force, organizing demonstrations, provoking riots, threatening and threatening the environment, use of all expressions and gestures that slander race, religion, ethnicity, expressions with significant sexual overtones or other expressions, as a result of which riots could occur or could affect other persons present or disturb the peace at the Event,

• unauthorized gathering of persons,

• capturing pictorial or other recordings for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Organizer, the

• begging, organizing charitable activities, conducting door-to-door and street sales, or other business activities without the written permission of the landlord,

• handing out and pasting posters, flyers, stickers, handing out promotional material or agitating without the prior written consent of the organizer, the

• deterioration, damage, destruction of city or organizer property or property on the Event premises, especially safety and fire protection equipment,

• entry to persons under 10 unaccompanied by an adult,

• roller skating, skateboarding, scooters, cycling and other means,

• entry of persons under the influence of intoxicated or persons under the influence of narcotic and psychotropic substances and also consumption of alcohol not purchased at the Event and its excessive consumption or spread of narcotic and psychotropic substances into the premises of the Event,

• introduction of toxic, poisonous, polluting, smelly or dangerous substances

• entry of persons who could annoy visitors with their insufficient, torn or dirty clothes, smell, dirt, visible signs of a contagious disease, etc

• discarding and putting away anything outside the wastebasket or rummaging through or picking up trashbaskets,

• consumption of food and drink outside the premises reserved for it, the

• smoking outside the premises reserved for it,

• tying anything – animals, bikes, etc. to the inter-space of the entrances of the Event area,

• sitting or lying at the entrance in front of the main entrance of the Event area. For safety and hygiene reasons, the entrances can also be cleaned during the day by wet roads and chemical means.

GDPR

The Visitor grants the Organizer consent to make audio, video and combined recordings of the Visitor for the purpose of media coverage and promotion of the Event. Based on current anti-epidemiological measures, the organizer can request information about name, surname and place of residence from the visitor. Detailed rules for the protection of personal data of the Organizer are available on the website of the organizer www.vinozmodry.sk and/or facebook.com/vinozmodry.

Losses and findings

Found and abandoned movable property in the premises of the Event will be handed over to the city police immediately after the discovery.

Security

In case of theft, robbery or other crime or misdemeanor, it is always necessary to immediately contact the city or state police.

Visitors ensure the provision of first aid by calling the rapid rescue service or components of the integrated rescue system. The first aid kit is located at the entrances to the Event.

Every visitor to the Event is obliged to actively prevent injuries, damages or other direct or indirect damages or other consequences that could arise for visitors anywhere in the Event premises.

In the event of a fire, the visitor contacts the fire rescue service.

Evacuation

In the event of an Event evacuation, every person located in the facility is obliged to follow the evacuation plans located at the entrance to the Event and the instructions of the organizer, city or state police or fire department.

Animals at the event

Animals are welcome at the Event, with the understanding that they must be under the permanent control of its owner, on a lead, with a muzzle so that it does not restrict operations and does not endanger other visitors.

Other

The organizer is not responsible for damages caused to customers and visitors.
