Instruction on exercising the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract

Right of withdrawal

1. You have the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving a reason within 14 days within the terms specified in the terms and conditions.

2. The period for withdrawing from the contract expires after 14 days from the day when you or a third party designated by you, with the exception of the carrier, take over the goods.

3. You can also exercise your right to withdraw from the contract through your customer account by filling out and sending the sample form for withdrawing from the contract located in the Withdrawal from the contract section. In such a case, acceptance of withdrawal from the contract will be confirmed immediately by a notification delivered to the customer account. If you decide to withdraw from the contract, inform us of your decision by a clear statement by delivering an e-mail to the address: ahoj@vinozmodry.sk. For this purpose, you can use the sample form for withdrawing from the contract, which is located at the address: www.vinozmodry.sk .We will immediately confirm your acceptance of withdrawal from the contract by e-mail. Withdrawal from the contract is not validly submitted unless its acceptance is confirmed by the delivery of a message to your Account or by e-mail. If such confirmation is not delivered to you within 24 hours of dispatch (due to potential technical problems on the part of the consumer), repeat your request to withdraw from the contract.

4. The withdrawal period is preserved if you send a notice of exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

1. After withdrawing from the contract, we will return all payments you made in connection with the conclusion of the contract, especially the purchase price, including the costs of delivering the goods to you. This does not apply to additional costs if you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest common delivery method we offer. Payments will be returned to you without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract and the condition according to par. 2. Payment will be made in the same way as you used for your payment, if you have not expressly agreed to another payment method, without charging any additional fees.

2. Payment for the purchased goods will be paid to you after the returned goods have been delivered back to our address or after presenting a document proving that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Send the goods back to us or bring them to our address no later than 14 days from the date of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
