Hotel Pod Lipou in Harmonia
The historical part of Modra - Harmónia is mainly known for the fact that at the end of the 19th and the first half of the 20th century it was widely visited as a famous climatic spa resort. It was typical of alpine-style villas that were adapted for recreational and spa stays. The excellent air in Harmonia was often compared in its quality to the Tatra one and, indeed, rightly so.
Hotel Pod Lipou returned the beautiful place to its former elegance and atmosphere. It is commendable that it follows the traditions in a new modern style and proves that this place is coming alive again with its cultural and social life. Simply as a place where the spirit of the Sun Baths is once again present, just like during the time of the architect Dušan Jurkovič.
