Old Evangelical Rectory

The building of the old evangelical parish is connected with the work of Karol Štúr as an evangelical priest in Modra in the years 1846-1851.

In May 1848, his brother Ľudovít Štúr found refuge here, who was hiding here from an arrest warrant issued for him by the Hungarian government.
